Web Site Basics
The downloadable files on the CRSC web site are in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel format. You will need either those programs or MS Word Viewer and MS Excel Viewer to view these formats.

Microsft Word and Microsoft Excel are sold separately or bundled with Microsoft Office 97/2000/XP.

MS Word Viewer and MS Excel Viewer are freely available from from Microsoft's Download Center. The viewers will allow you to read and print MS Word and MS Excel documents, but not create or edit them.
