Step 3- Submit payment*
Step 4- Mail in copy of Birth Certificate with Registration Print out (applies to new players only).

Register in person. See time and locations at bottom of this page
Step 1 fill out forms
Step 2 verify age with Birth Certificate (applies to new players only)
Step 3 submit payment
Step 4 uniform sizing
*Forms of payment are cash, check or money order.

Refund Policy: If you wish to withdraw your child from soccer, it must be done before JUNE 30, 2011. If you try to withdraw your child from the season after this date, you will need a medical release and the CRSC boards decision on a rebate that will be refunded to you.
